										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Kako je krenulo ovo toplo vreme i vrućine, tako smo svi pohrlili u prodavnice da kupimo sladolede za sebe i svoje najmilije. Kada su sladoledi i ukusi u pitanju ima ih najrazličitijih, a najlepši su naravno uvek oni od čokolade!</p>



<p>Mi vam u ovom članku donosimo jedan brzi i jednostavni recept za domaći sladoled koji možete napraviti kada god poželite da obradujete svoje goste ili ukućane.</p>



<p>Sve što vam treba je:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list">
<li>3 kašike kakao praha</li>



<li>250 ml slatke pavlake</li>



<li>300 ml mleka</li>



<li>100 grama šećera</li>



<li>3 žumanca </li>



<li>Kašičica soli</li>



<li>1/2 kesice vanile</li>



<li>Suvo grožđe ili seckani lešnik po želji</li>
</ul>



<p>Uzmite veću posudu i pomešajte kakao prah, 250 ml slatke pavlake i šećer, pomešajte i stavite na laganu vatru tako da se istopi kakao prah i sjedini sa slatkom pavlakom i istopi šećer.</p>



<p>U drugu posudu sipajte mleko, žumanca, so i vanilin šećer i umutite mikserom 5 minuta. U tu masu dodajte polako istopljen kakao sa slatkom pavlakom koji ste prethnodno malo ohladili.  Mešajte kako bi se dobila gusta masa i odložite da odstoji desetak minuta. Po želji možete dodati suvo grožđe ili seckani lešnik. </p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Čokolada je svakako jedna od najvoljenijih namirnica čovečanstva, ali mi smatramo da je čokolada više od namirnice, ona je jedna od glavnih asocijacija na ljubav. Možda razlog leži u tome što je čokolada prva ljubav svakog detinjstva. Međutim, iako nam je danas teško da zamislimo život bez čokolade, ona nije uvek bila na meniju ovog dela sveta.</p>



<p>Čokolada je nastala pre 3-4 hiljade godina u Mezoamerici. Drevni Asteci i Maje su je konzumirali kao piće od kakaa, od čega i potiče njen originalni naziv <em>czoko-latl</em>. Evropljani su je upoznali tek sa kolonizacijom Centralne Amerike u 16. veku, kada je španski dvor, a ubrzo i ostatak Evrope poludeo za ovim napitkom.</p>



<p>Brzo su nastajale razne varijacije: mlečna čokolada, čokolada sa vanilom, čokolada sa raznim voćem &#8211; borovnicama, lešnicima, suvim šljivama. Zatim bela čokolada, pa brusnica, jagoda ili borovnica u beloj čokoladi, a da ne počinjemo sa čokoladnim tortama i kolačima! Kombinacije su neograničene.</p>



<p><strong>Čokolada voli i prihvata svakoga, ali ipak se najveća ljubav rodila između nje i voća</strong>. Mi smo napravili izbor kombinacija voća i čokolade za koje mi smatramo da su ostavile najbolji utisak, a mislimo da ćeš se i ti složiti.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>1. Borovnica i bela čokolada</strong></h2>

<p>Bela čokolada je još jedan derivat kakaa nastao početkom 20. veka. Za razliku od crne i mlečne čokolade, pravi se od kakao putera, umesto čvrstog kakaa. Ostali sastojci su šećer, mleko u prahu, a ponekad i vanila.</p>



<p><a href="https://premiercokolada.rs/product/liofilizovana-borovnica-u-beloj-cokoladi-60g/"><span class="has-inline-color has-vivid-purple-color">Borovnica u beloj čokoladi</span></a> je možda najzanimljivija kombinacija voća i bele čokolade do sada. <strong><em>Premier</em> je ovu kombinaciju predstavio u vidu draže bombona sa liofilizovanom borovnicom u beloj čokoladi</strong>. Mi smo bili oduševljeni ovom originalnom kombinacijom, a znamo da se ni ti nećeš pokajati ako probaš.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>2. Čokolada sa lešnicima</strong></h2>

<p>Ovo je verovatno najlegendarniji spoj čokolade sa voćem. Spajanjem njihove komplementarne boje i ukusa, ali različite teksture, nastala je prava magija. Sigurno ti je dobro poznata ta mala radost koju osetiš kada naiđeš na koštunjavi lešnik dok s lakoćom topiš mlečnu čokoladu u ustima. </p>



<p>Neki od najvećih čokoladnih brendova, poput <em>Ferrera</em>, su se proslavili upravo ovom kombinacijom. Njihov čuveni namaz <em>Nutela </em>je verovatno obeležio i tvoje detinjstvo (osim ako si <em>Eurokrem </em>tip), dok je prestižni <em>Rochet </em>i dan danas cenjen poklon i znak dobrog ukusa. Gotovo da ne postoji brend koji nije iskoristio ovu kombinaciju, pa ih nećemo sve nabrajati.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">3. Čokolada sa jagodama</h2>



<p>Ovde nema mnogo filozofije: deca vole jagode, deca vole čokoladu &#8211; deca obožavaju čokoladu s jagodama. A jasno je da i odrasli vole sve što vole deca, osim kada se foliraju. Fil od jagode daje osvežavajuću radosnu notu jakom ukusu čokolade i budi najlepše letnje uspomene.</p>



<p>Voljena <em>Milka</em> je doktorirala ovaj recept, pa nam je ona prva asocijacija među brendovima što se tiče ove kombinacije. Možda nije slatkiš koji jedeš svaki dan, ali ti svakako savetujemo da se podsetiš ove živahne kombinacije ukusa.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">4. Čokolada sa bademima</h2>



<p>Čokolada i bademi su još jedna od onih kombinacija komplementarnih jesenjih ukusa i boja. Zamisli jesenji mir, pucketanje kamina i toplu čokoladu i bademi će se sami ponuditi. Tako lako je bilo doći na ideju da se spoje čokolada i bademi, ali za dobar recepat je uvek potrebno mnogo talenta, truda i strpljenja.</p>



<p>Ovde se ponovo možemo vratiti na belu čokoladu, jer je <em>Nestle</em> početkom prošlog veka napravio čokoladu boje slonovače i dodao badem, što se pokazalo kao dobitni spoj. Naravno, i tamnija verzija se savršeno slaže sa ovim koštunjavim voćem. <strong>Naš <em>Pionir </em>je<em>, </em>na primer, napravio odličnu čokoladu od ove kombinacije.</strong></p>



<p>Iako je ovo tipična jesenja kombinacija, ne treba da se ograničavaš godišnjim dobima. Naprotiv, magija čokolade je u tome što može da te prenese u bilo koji lep momenat u tvom životu. Ako želiš da probudiš jesenju romansu, samo treba da zagrizeš.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>5. Čokolada i pomorandža</strong></h2>

<p>Ovo je bila hrabra ideja koja se isplatila. Naravno, svima nam je prva asocijacija Crvenkina <em>Jaffa. </em>Na prvu loptu bi se učinila kao suluda ideja, ali citrusna nota pomorandže je uz posredstvo biskvita napravila odličnu saradnju sa čokoladom.</p>



<p>Ovaj kolač nam je kao deci bio posebno zanimljiv zbog raznih načina na koje smo ga jeli, od kojih je najčuveniji onaj kada prvo izgrizeš ceo biskvit, pa se malo iščuđuješ onom citrusnom želeu prelivenom čokoladom, pa i to smažeš.</p>



<p>Ne treba zaboraviti ni zvezdu dečijih rođendana, <em>čoko oranž</em> tortu, kao ni mnoge druge odlične kolače rođene iz ovog spoja.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">6. Čokolada sa suvim grožđem</h2>



<p><strong>Suvo grožđe u čokoladi je još jedna <em>Milkina </em>specijalnost, pogotovo kada u kombinaciju uleti lešnik.</strong> Pa možemo slobodno reći &#8211; sveto trojstvo! Ovo je poslastica za zrelije slatkoljupce koji znaju da cene istoriju ukusa. Već smo govorili o savršenoj komplementarnosti mlečne čokolade sa lešnicima, ali suvo grožđe dodaje završnu notu.</p>



<p>Ova mediteranska voćka široke namene kada se osuši na suncu ostaje da večno čuva delić ukusa svoje mladosti, sa karakteristikama koje je pokupila usput. Taj ukus će osloboditi za tebe kada zagrizeš, a njena pomalo opora tekstura će uvesti dozu dinamike i zadovoljavajući kontrast u konzumaciju čokolade.</p>

<p>Voće nam je na tanjiru poslužila priroda i to je vekovima bila naša jedina poslastica. Čokoladu smo morali da napravimo sami, zbog čega je samo još više volimo. Zato spajanje voća i čokolade simboliše ono što smo mi &#8211; spoj prirode i kulture.</p>



<p>O ukusima ne vredi raspravljati i možda je suvišno opisivati ih, ali ne bi bili ljudi kada ne bi težili da sve lepote dočaramo rečima. Postoji još mnogo voćki koje smo nepravedno izostavili, ali ovo je bio naš najuži izbor. U ovu listu, na primer, ne bi bilo fer da uključimo čokoladu sa rižom, iako nam je to jedna od omiljenih kombinacija.</p>

<p>Danas imamo čast da Vam predstavimo intervju sa čovekom koga je 2016. godine <i>National Geographic Travel</i>, zajedno sa njegovom majkom i čokolaterijom koju vode, svrstao na listu 10 najboljih čokolatijera na svetu. Đorđo Demarini, po profesiji prvenstveno grafički dizajner, odlučio je da sva svoja znanja i sposobnosti usmeri na čokoladu, diznajnirajući  neodoljive, neponovljive, unikatne ukuse od kojih potom stvara prava remek-dela, izdižući ovaj zanat na potpuno novi nivo umetnosti, luksuza i hedonizma.</p>

<h5><b>Nakon studija grafičkog dizajna i vizuelnih umetnosti, pohađali ste Ekol Čokolat (školu čokoladnih umetnosti) u Kanadi. Kako je došlo do toga da postanete čokolatijer? Zbog čega je došlo do tog zaokreta?</b></h5>

<div>U vreme kada sam završavao studije, moja majka je započela posao u ovoj branši, i uvideo sam priliku da izrazim sav svoj umetnički talenat kroz čokoladu, dizajnirajući svaku od njih poput umetničkog dela. Koristim neke grafičke tehnike i još uvek imam svoj stari grafički blok za crtanje i dizajniranje čokolade.</div>

<div>Zaista volim čokoladu, ne samo da uživam u njoj, nego i da dizajniram svaku kao komad nakita.  Moja majka obožava sve u vezi sa kuvanjem i poslastičarstvom, i mislim da sam svoju strast otkrio kada sam počeo da joj pomažem u poslu.</div>

<h5><b>Kako implementirate svoje znanje grafičkog dizajna u kreiranje čokolade? Na koji način Vam je Vaše prethodno obrazovanje pomoglo u čokolatijerstvu?</b></h5>

<div>Mnogo mi je pomoglo. Krenuo sam sa dizajniranjem logoa kompanije, a potom i sa biranjem boja koje će predstavljati naš biznis. Tu su i načini pakovanja, kao i osmišljavanje strategija za reklamiranje na društvenim mrežama. Zatim sam prešao na dizajniranje naših kolekcija bombona, tabli i poslastica veoma otmenog i gurmanskog stila. Poznavanje grafičkog diznajna Vam zaista pruža strukturu i znanje koje možete primeniti na čokoladu radi postizanja odličnih estetskih rezultata.</div>

<h5><b>Od kruške i ruzmarina, do Amareta sa bademima ili Roze šampanjca sa ružinom vodicom, kombinacije ukusa u Rosalenu su zaista preukusne i jedinstvene. Kako dolazite do recepata? Da li ih sami smišljate?</b></h5>

<div>Zajedno smo odlučivali koje kombinacije ukusa će se naći na našem meniju. Recepti su napravljeni sa lokalnim sastojcima, ali i nekim inostranim kako bismo mogli da ponudimo široku paletu ukusa u jedinstvenim mešavinama. One su te koje daju karakter našim nepredvidljivim umetničkim delima sa peruanskim kakaom. Stvaranje znatiželje kod naših mušterija bilo je ključno za razvijanje našeg posla.</div>

<div>Uvek mora biti sastojaka koje je na našem tržištu teško pronaći, uz poštovanje veoma visokih standarda kvaliteta, da bi naše kreacije zaista mogle da se cene kao posebne. Što se tiče tehnika, koristimo kako tradicionalne, tako i moderne, uključujući umetnost kao najviši prioritet.</div>

<div>Meditacija mi je izvor inspiracije za nova dela. Takođe volim astrologiju i proučavanje zvezda i njihovog uticaja na ljudske živote. Volim i plivanje koje je za mene idealan sport. Toplo ga preporučujem svima.</div>

<div>Da. Za venčanja često pripremamo specijalne bombone i dekoracije. Uglavnom smo privlačili klijentkinje, recimo Prve Dame naše zemlje, kao i poznate ličnosti koje vole da daju oduška sebi, ali i da počaste svoje goste i prijatelje.</div>

<h5><b>Šta biste, iz svog bogatog iskustva, izdvojili kao svoj omiljeni komad koji ste napravili?</b></h5>

<div>Omiljene su mi bombone sa marakujom i limunskom travom. Kada se upare sa peruanskim <i>Torontel</i> vinom to je pravi raj. Klasici poput Amareto kranča su isto na vrhu moje liste. Trufle sa algarobinom (sirupom od crnog rogača) i kafom su takođe moja čokoladna opsesija, potpuno su neodoljivi.</div>

<h5><b>Šta je najlepši, a šta najteži deo Vašeg posla?</b></h5>

<div>Najteži deo jeste samo dizajniranje kako bi se dobila savršena čokolada koju moji klijenti očekuju. Najviše volim da ih oslikavam i bojim, kao i onaj predivni trenutak kada se postigne izuzetan ukus i izvanredna kombinacija za nepce.</div>

<li>2-3 kašike slatke pavlake</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Za čokoladnu glazuru</strong></p>

<li>450g čokolade za kuvanje</li>
<li>13 kašika ulja</li>

<p>Spremanje ovog recepta se sastoji iz većeg broja koraka. Kako bismo Vam olakšali, razbili smo proces na nekoliko etapa.</p>

<li>Prvo je potrebno da napravite keks koji će biti baza domaćih Twix štanglica.</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Uključite rernu da se zagreje na 180 stepeni.</li>
<li>Uzmite manji pleh i obložite ga pek papirom ili podmazanom aluminijumskom folijom. Pazite da ostavite dovoljno papira ili folije da možete uz pomoć toga kasnije da izvadite keks iz pleha.</li>

<p>Prema osnovnom receptu, <strong>čupavci</strong> (<em>ili lamingtoni</em>) su kocke biskvita, umočene u otopljenu čokoladu i uvaljane u kokos. Međutim, postoji i nekoliko varijacija, pa se nemojte iznenaditi ako među posluženim kolačima vidite čupavce žute ili roze boje. Prvi su umesto u čokoladu potopljeni u fil od limuna, dok su drugi potopljeni u fil od malina. Moguće je i dve polovine biskvita spojiti kremom od slatke pavlake ili džemom (<em>najčešće od jagoda</em>), ali i napraviti biskvit od čokolade, dodajući čokoladu u prahu u testo.</p>
<p>Potrebni sastojci:</p>
<ul>
<li>2 jajeta</li>
<li>450 grama šećera (običnog ili u prahu)</li>
<li>300 grama brašna</li>
<li>100 grama margarina za kolače ili maslaca</li>
<li>350 mililitara mleka</li>
<li>100 grama Menaž čokolade za kuvanje</li>
<li>prašak za pecivo</li>
<li>100 grama kokosa</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Način pripreme:</strong><br />
Umutiti dva belanceta, pa u umućen sneg dodati 250 grama šećera, kao i 300 grama brašna pomešanog sa praškom za pecivo. Nastaviti mućenje, a zatim dodati 50 grama margarina, 200 mililitara mleka i dva žumanceta. Mutiti dok se sve ne sjedini. Smesu izlijte u dublju tepsiju, podmazanu uljem ili obloženu papirom za pečenje, i pecite u zagrejanoj rerni na 180 stepeni oko pola sata, ili dok kora odgore ne poprimi tamno žutu boju. Kada je biskvit gotov, izvadite ga iz rerne i ostavite da se ohladi, kako biste ga mogli seći na kocke.</p>
<p>Otopite čokoladu i preostali margarin sa 150 mililitara mleka i 200 grama šećera. Kuvajte na tihoj vatri, dok smesa ne postane potpuno homogena.</p>
<p>Kocke biskvita umačite u fil, a zatim uvaljajte u kokos. Ostatke fila i kokosa sjedinite, oblikujte kuglice i uvaljajte u preostali kokos. Prijatno!</p>

<p>Za početak, uključite rernu da se greje na 175 stepeni, kako bi taman bila spremna kada Vi završite sa mešanjem sastojaka.</p>

Nutellu možete sipati u vatrostalnu posudu i staviti je u mikrotalasnu pećnicu na 30 sekundi, ili je samo zagrejte na šporetu, uz stalno mešanje.</p>

<p>Recept za ovaj popularni zimski napitak svima je dobro poznat . Međutim, inspirisani našim omiljenim slatkišem, odlučili smo da se malo poigramo i ekserimentišemo sa različitim dodacima i ukusima. Stoga Vam predstavljamo 4 veoma brza i jednostavna načina za uživanje u ovoj poslastici koji su idealni za trenutke kada poželite da malo odmorite od klasike i isprobate nešto novo.</p>
<h3>Zdrava i kremasta topla čokolada</h3>
<p>Ova verzija je savršen način da u svom voljenom napitku uživate bez imalo griže savesti. Tu je i jedan krajnje iznenađujući sastojak, ali on pomaže da se postigne neodoljiva gusta, vrlo kremasta konzistencija. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Dok sam tražila recept za svoju sledeću<strong> </strong>prazničnu<strong> <a href="https://mojacokolada.com/novogodisnji-cokoladni-oblak/">čokoladnu poslasticu</a>,</strong> naletela sam na jedan jednostavan, idealan za nenajavljene goste. U pitanju je recept za <strong>čupavce.</strong> Možda se nikada niste ni zapitali kako su nastali čupavci i čiji je to u stvari kolač, ali ja moram priznati da sam se iznenadila kada sam saznala da ovaj kolač nije <em><strong>poreklom</strong> <strong>sa ovih prostora </strong></em>i da u svetu nosi malo drugačije ime.</p>
<p><strong>Čupavci</strong> su kolač napravljen od kockica biskvita prelivenih čokoladom i uvaljanih u kokos. Postoje i brojne varijacije, pa se tako mogu sresti čupavci kod kojih se između dve polovine nalazi krem od slatke pavlake ili džem od jagoda, ali i čupavci koji su umesto u čokoladu, potopljeni u fil od limuna ili malina.</p>

<p>U svetu je ovaj kolač poznatiji pod imenom <em><strong>&#8220;lamington&#8221;</strong>,</em> i iako su brojne teorije o njegovom poreklu, najverovatnije je ime dobio po <strong><em>Lordu Lamingtonu</em></strong>, guverneru australijske države <em>Kvinslend.</em> Pronalazač recepta takođe nije potvrđen. Pretpostavlja se da je to bio<em> kuvar Lorda Lamingtona,</em> Armand Galand (<em>Arman Galland</em>), koji je iznenada pozvan da koristeći samo dostupne sastojke pripremi neko posluženje za nenajavljene goste. Isekao je nekoliko biskvita od vanile, pripremljenih dan ranije, umočio svaki komad u otopljenu <a href="https://mojacokolada.com/tanzanijska-crna-cokolada/">čokoladu,</a> i potom uvaljao u sušeni kokos. Gosti su se oduševili poslasticom, i tražili recept, koji je on tada rado podelio. Ova verzija je potvrđena i u memoarima<em> Lejdi Lamington.</em> Prema nekim drugim pričama, kolač je nastao slučajno, kada je kuvaru komad biskvita upao u otopljenu čokoladu, a postoje i one koje su lamingtone povezivale sa Lejdi Lamington.<ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display: block;" data-ad-client="ca-pub-5427520013420213" data-ad-slot="9123723001" data-ad-format="auto"></ins></p>
<p>Još jedan od mogućih izumitelja recepta za lamingtone je učiteljica kuvanja <strong>Ejmi Šauer</strong> (<em>Amy Schauer</em>), koja je radila u strukovnoj školi u Brizbejnu od<em> 1895. do 1937. godine.</em> Veruje se da je ona kolače nazvala u čast Lejdi Lamington koja se kao pokroviteljica škole posebno zalagala za obrazovanje devojaka.</p>
<p>Prema jednom od istraživanja <em>Univerziteta u Oklandu</em> (<em>Novi Zeland</em>), ovaj kolač je zapravo nastao na Novom Zelandu pod imenom Velington (&#8220;<em>Wellington</em>&#8220;). Na jednom akvarelu pejzažnog umetnika <strong>JR Smita</strong> (<em>JR Smyth</em>) iz 1888. godine vidi se delimično pojeden lamington.</p>
<p>Prilikom proslave 150 godina od odvajanja Kvinslenda od Novog južnog Velsa (<em>&#8220;Q150&#8221;</em>), lamington je proglašen za jednu od ikona <em>Kvinslenda</em>. <strong>Svakog 21. jula, u Australiji</strong> se obeležava <strong>Nacionalni dan lamingtona</strong> (&#8220;<em>National Lamington Day</em>&#8220;), a ovaj kolač je toliko omiljen da se često prodaje i prilikom prikupljanja dobrovoljnih priloga za škole i humanitarne organizacije (<em>ove akcije su poznate pod nazivom &#8220;lamington drives&#8221;</em>).</p>
